I’m here to serve as an empathic guide on your journey. Telling your story can be an incredibly powerful and validating experience. As we grow and evolve, our interpretation of our past experiences changes. Reframing these experiences with the knowledge that we have now can help us understand who we are today. Whether you have specific goals in mind, or are just looking for more support, I'm here to listen without judgement.

“To dwell in the here and now does not mean you never think about the past or responsibly plan for the future. The idea is simply not to allow yourself to get lost in regrets about the past or worries about the future. If you are firmly grounded in the present moment, the past can be an object of inquiry, the object of your mindfulness and concentration. You can attain many insights by looking into the past. But you are still grounded in the present moment.”

The quotes above are from one of my favorite authors/philosophers, Thich Nhat Hanh. In the course of our daily lives, we may spend so much time thinking about the past or the future, that we forget to truly live in the present moment. We may also be unconsciously giving power to past hurt and trauma by suppressing painful emotions that come up. It is my goal to provide you with a space where you feel safe to access difficult feelings, and know that you are not alone in your journey towards peace and self-understanding.
